BOOTCAMP -

A challenging, yet fun 1 hour outdoor group training session held at local parks and beaches. They are full of groaning, moaning and best of all...laughter!

BOXING -

This 45 minute class is suitable for all fitness levels. Our boxing instructors will combine teaching correct technique with a cardio workout that will be sure to burn those calories!

CORE STRENGTH & STABILITY -

A relaxing 45 minute session focusing purely on strength, tone and decrease pain…discover the true benefits of core strength!

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING -

great social avenue & cost effective way to achieve fantastic results working with our highly qualified and professional personal trainers. All fitness levels, 45minute sessions, weekly weigh in's, fitness testing and on going support to achieve your personal health & fitness goals.

MALE GROUP TRAINING -

One for the partners, brothers, sons or dads...this 1 hour session caters for all fitness levels. It combines a weight training and cardio workout to maximise results.

MUMS & BUBS –

Don’t be restricted when it comes to working out with little ones at home, just bring them along. We also have a DVD area for the toddlers to be entertained whilst you exercise.

AB BLAST -

A 30 minute session of nothing but core, abs, abs and more abs. A great one to work on the six pack!

POWER UP –

A 45 minute class working with free and machine weights along with your own body weight. A terrific class for strengthening and toning every muscle. Great for all fitness levels.

CARDIO PLUS -

An intense 45 minutes of getting that heart racing and burning some serious calories. A fantastic class to improve cardiovascular fitness.

RUNNING/WALKING CLUB -

Everyone from beginners to advanced can join this group. All runs or walks, fast or slow, long or short, are challenging but enjoyable. This group regularly participates in local fun runs which are optional, though well worth the experience.

SUPER CIRCUIT -

A high intensity 33 minute workout that gets the heart racing, muscles burning & kisses those extra kilograms goodbye!

INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING IS ALSO AVAILABLE, BOOKINGS REQUIRED.
