Biggest Loser Winner - Jacinta Palmer!!!
Jacinta's story:
Well I never thought I would get the chance to be writing this!! I had been going to my time for a while doing the circuit and the classes. One of the ladies suggested the 12-week challenge and said I should give it a go. I was a little unsure, as I didn’t want to be a failure. I went home thought about it and talked to mum and after making many excuses I new my trip to Bali was coming up and it was time to shift those extra kg's so me and my mum decided we would give it a go.
When I reading the exercise plan I thought to my self how am I going to exercise 6-7 days a week!! Well I did it!!! With the weekly weigh in’s I was seeing some great results it motivated me to push myself that bit harder. With the awesome support of the girls at my time they helped to push me give me lots of encouragement and support and most of all put me out of my comfort zone!!
I found the food very taste and very easy to prepare, the weekly boot camp’s, fitness tests and classes were fantastic and defiantly helped to increase my fitness. The 12-week challenge is a lifestyle change and something I am definately going to stick with. Since losing the weight I have so much more energy, happy with my self a lot more confident and enjoying life and going to the gym.
I’d like to thank the amazing girls at my time for all your help and support your are all fantastic!! And thanks to my family and friends for all your love, support and encouragement, especially my beautiful mum for helping prepare the meals and for pushing each other when we needed it. My time gym has changed my life.
