My Time Health & Fitness understands the many day to day obstacles that women face. Pressures of work, relationships, home & family can have a huge impact on your general health & well being. Our goal is to excite, inspire & motivate you, both in & out of the studio to achieve your potential health & fitness goals.

The My Time Living Program

The My Time Living program consists of three components, all of which are as important as the other when it comes achieving your health and fitness goals;

Fitness

Fitness is gained through our scientifically designed programs which combine strength, cardio and flexibility training. This way you will achieve and maintain maximal results within minimal time.

Nutrition

Nutrition is improved by following dietary guidelines set by your trainer or by following a menu plan whilst participating in one of our many 6 week challenges.

Relaxation

Relaxation is achieved through our daily stretch classes, along with further education from your trainer regarding relaxation techniques. My Time Remedial Massage is also available by appointment.

For those with little time to exercise we have unique 33 minute workouts which you can do 3 times a week to achieve brilliant results... Any time of the Day!
